We're just now unpacking all of the boxes that Long Distance Movers have delivered to us from our move last week, and I must say, everything is in pristine shape. I honestly couldn't be happier with their work! No scratches or marks on anything... my fragile glasses and TVs even have extra padding (super plus)!

Recently, due to my father's work my family had to move out of the house I had lived in for all my life in Manhattan. Being a hard process for my family, Long Distance Movers made this process so much more relaxing and easy. When I called and explained essentially that my family was moving our entire house, they ensured that they treat each item as if it was their own. Their attention to detail and care they showed from wrapping up my bed so that it could not be scratched to taking extra special care of my moms antique china. The move went beyond well and now I can comfortably say that my new house in Boston really feels like home. Easy on the phone, no adjustments with the quotes, and they even let me have a couple of extra boxes without incurring additional charges.

I actually shipped my car over the Christmas holidays but the driver got it there in a very reasonable time. I know they're not the cheapest option out there but I really didn't want to take a chance on having any kind of issue knowing that I would be moving to a completely foreign place for me. But I'm really glad I had them help me since they also allowed me to keep some things in the trunk.

The driver communicated very well for pick up and delivery and he also waited for me for a day to adjust to my flight schedule.
If I had to ship my car again I'd definitely use it. Even if it's slightly more money the fact that I can trust them to ship my car safely without a problem is worth every penny. read less

Throughout the whole process, Sarah and Chris were so responsive when I needed to add items to my inventory list or provide the certificate of insurance to my building, etc. The moving crews in both Houston and New York were extremely professional and efficient. They came and helped me move everything within such short time, and unplugged all wires and put the computers in the boxes which i found it very neat. They knew what they were doing without me telling them where to put the items.I loved their neatness and their professionalism in the job that they were doing. Amazing customer service and flawless experience.
